Group Accounting Services

BCS provides dedicated Group Accounting services to support Bauer Aktiengesellschaft, the main holding company of the BAUER Group, with structured, reliable, and timely financial reporting support. The services are designed to assist the holding company in consolidating financial information, monitoring reporting requirements, supporting IFRS-based reporting processes, and ensuring consistency across group entities. 

Key activities would be (but not limited to):

Budget Monitoring:

Preparing & monitoring budgets

Financial Data Analysis:

Collate and analyse account data and generate financial reports

Budget Preparation & Variance Analysis:

Assist with budget preparation & deviation analysis

Reporting Compliance:

Comply with relevant reporting requirements along with implementation of upcoming reporting standards

IFRS Financial Reporting:

Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, predominantly under IFRS

 

Lease Accounting & IFRS 16 Support:

Maintain Lease Rental Accounting for subsidiaries and support questions regarding IFRS 16

Ad-hoc Reporting & Special Projects:

Development of ad-hoc reporting and support special projects
