Systems Administration
The Systems Administration team is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting the organization's global IT infrastructure across headquarters, data centers, and worldwide subsidiaries, ensuring a secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure that supports critical business operations.
- Manage enterprise server infrastructure across global data centers and subsidiary locations.
- Administer VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.
- Implement and support enterprise storage solutions and UPS systems.
- Provision, maintain, upgrade, and decommission physical and virtual servers.
- Perform infrastructure patching, firmware updates, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure high availability, business continuity, and infrastructure security through industry best practices.
- Continuously monitor infrastructure health and performance using PRTG Network Monitor and VMware Aria Operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain service availability.
- Monitor server, virtualization, storage, and hardware performance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and performance optimization to maintain a stable and resilient IT environment.
- Provide infrastructure support to headquarters, primary data centers, and worldwide subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with global IT teams and technology partners to deliver reliable and standardized infrastructure services.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, infrastructure optimization, and operational excellence.
Application Administration team
Application Administration teams’ expertise is to deliver end-to-end application packaging and deployment services through Microsoft Intune, ensuring consistent and error-free application delivery across the enterprise device fleet. Key responsibilities include:
- Creation of EXE, MSI, and MSIX installers into standardized, silent-install packages for seamless deployment.
- Develop custom PowerShell scripts for installation, uninstallation, detection, and remediation.
- Configure Intune deployments with appropriate assignments, dependencies, and detection rules.
- Test and validate packages across device configurations prior to production rollout.
- Manage application lifecycle including version updates, patches, and decommissioning.
- Build and maintain hardware-specific driver packages, ensuring compatibility across laptop models and manufacturers.
- Manage end-to-end laptop provisioning — from OS deployment and application installation through driver configuration and compliance checks.
- Ensure every device is production-ready and fully compliant at the point of handover.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests with defined SLAs.
- Diagnose and re-deploy failed application installations during Intune deployment.
