Gaurav Julka

Gaurav Julka is a seasoned Finance and Management leader with over 25 years of experience in driving finance operations, Shared Services, GCCs, and business finance functions for global organizations. His career has been dedicated to delivering transformation, cost optimization, and performance-driven results.

Possess vast experience in setting and scaling up the SSCs / GCCs in domestic and International Markets.

Throughout his career, he has been a strategic partner to senior leadership, investors, and board members. His skills in digital transformation and automation initiatives have enabled him to streamline processes and drive productivity. He is passionate about nurturing talent and empowering teams to achieve strategic goals.

In April 2026, he joined The Bauer Group as Managing Director of Bauer Corporate Services Private Limited.

Roland Bauer

Roland Bauer has been a part of The Bauer Group for more than 24 years. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in areas of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications and software development, gaining broad experience across the Group's technology landscape.

Since July 2025, Roland has served as Head of Information Technology at Bauer Aktiengesellschaft (the main holding company of The Bauer Group), where he is responsible for the Group-wide IT strategy, software development and digitalization. In September 2025, he was appointed Director of BAUER Corporate Services Private Limited (BCS), where he contributes his leadership experience to the continued growth and development of The Bauer Group’s global capability center.

Christian Ebner

Christian Ebner is a Finance leader and Authorized Signatory with more than 20 years of experience in group financial statements, planning and reporting. He holds a Master of Science in Economics from OTH Ratisbona.

He joined The Bauer Group in 2004 and played a key role in implementing IFRS in preparation for the company’s initial public offering (IPO) in 2006. He has since been responsible for the Group’s consolidated financial statements and medium-term planning, while serving as the principal point of contact for accounting & valuation matters, external auditors and banks. He also liaises with the Executive Board of BAUER Aktiengesellschaft (the Bauer Group’s main holding company) and the majority shareholder. He is a regular member of The Bauer Group’s Group Leadership Team.

In July 2026, he was appointed to the Board of BAUER Corporate Services Private Limited where he uses his extensive group leadership experience and financial expertise to support the continued growth and development of the Group’s global capability center.
